COMPANY BIOS: suzanne kay

Suzanne brings a well-rounded background of sales training, sales operations and account management to her clients. Her thirteen years of experience in high tech and web-based companies alike have offered her opportunities to develop a “hands-on” approach to managing personnel as well as clients.

 

Prior to joining Pinnacle Intertech, Suzanne held senior management and account executive positions in high tech and web-based companies where she managed both sales and support teams, as well as top tier accounts. Her thorough approach to discovering and maximizing the relationship, has greatly benefited the companies she’s supported during her career.

 

Suzanne’s industry experience began with her attention to detail as it relates to the customer experience. Through her own account management methodology, she has learned to better understand the needs of the customer and uses that information to maximize the business/client partnership and ultimately add to the bottom line. The successful face-to-face client relationship launched Suzanne into a leadership role that has given her the opportunity to work internally to streamline processes, improve support and establish curriculums for sales personnel.
